subject	RE: Following-up on your first day at ATP

Hi Ben,

My name is James Underwood. I completed the ATP Certification course
on Thursday of this past week. I wanted to simply write and let you
know how impressed I was with my flight instructor, Maikol Anchia.  

From the moment I showed up, he helped me and drove me to complete my 
goal which was passing the ATP checkride. He gave me an excellent 
ground school class on day one. We went over all aspects of the 
Seminole as well as multi-engine aerodynamics. He's a great ground 
instructor. The training flights went just as well. He had a great 
flow with the flights. What I mean by that is that we used the
precious time we had in the aircraft to the best. We didn't take off
and fly 20  minutes to the practice area to practice maneuvers. We
shot approaches all the way up to the practice area, did the
maneuvers, then shot approaches all the way back to Concord. I of
course really appreciate this  since flight training is pretty
expensive. He completely prepared me for everything I'd see on the
actual checkride. He introduced me to the examiner on day one which
really helped calm my nerves. Maikol taught  me what I needed to know
and more to enable me to pass the ATP checkride. 

After the checkride, I could really see the pride, joy and relief he
received from me passing. His heart is really in this. He really
cares how his students do. This really helped my confidence throughout
the entire training process. ATP inc. is really lucky to have Maikol
as an instructor. I simply wanted to let you know how extremely happy
and pleased I was that he was my instructor.
