Jim,

I wanted to report back to you regarding my experience with ATP.
Im pleased to say I gave my first lesson today, and it was
amazing.  Much more enjoyment than I could have imagined.  My
decision to go to ATP for flight training was really based on the
hours flown in the multi engine aircraft.  I considered the CFI
portion to be icing on the cake, thinking it might help me
survive until I can find employment in aviation.  As it turns out
Im still looking for the aviation job however, I am actually
booked solid this week with my flying club and believe I may be
able to make this thing work out after all.

With regard to your training, Im pleased to say I feel it was
top-notch." I dealt with several instructors from both
locations, and a few of them stick out as the cream of the crop.
 My primary training was done by Matt Carrescia at Panama City,
while being helped slightly by Dave Gallas.

Once completed at Panama City, I moved on to the CFI school at
Jacksonville.  This is the type of facility I expected to see
when I enrolled in the course.  Your website, advertising, and
the capabilities of the call center led me to expect nothing less
than the best.  This is what I found at Jacksonville.  I was
trained and dare I say mentored by Matt Blythe, an instructor I
hope to emulate.  His kindness, patience, and skill are
unparalleled, not just in aviation, in any profession.  I truly
aspire to be as capable an instructor as he.  Lastly, Mr. John
Amico, while I didnt have the opportunity to fly with John, I
have heard he is a great pilot and a great teacher from some of
my classmates.  For me he assisted with scheduling issues when I
needed it, and he did offer his guidance when Matt took on his
new class.

So in short  Maybe you should just read this part.  Excellent
school, excellent staff (the ones I mentioned), and excellent
training.  I would recommend you to anyone looking for this type
of training.

Great Job, I hope you are as proud of your organization as I am
to have trained there.
