Dear Jim Koziarski,

In January I went to ATP in Arlington for my multi-engine training
commercial add-on. I was very impressed at how the course was
organized and the degree of preparation materials ATP has developed
(training supplement, local training guide, videos of aircraft preflight
& simulated approaches). Additionally, I got a welcome e-mail from 
Jeremy Yaple, the chief flight instructor. He welcomed me to contact him
with any questions I had prior to arriving for training, which I did. He
always replied promptly with detailed answers and explanations to each
question I posed.

My CFI was Ryan Ziebro. When I arrived for training, I felt the
environment he has created here was one that allowed students to be
comfortable while also being very professional and focused. By
utilizing the Frasca simulators along with the flight training in the
aircraft, and because of the excellent and standardized method of
teaching that your CFI's use, I felt my training here was the most
productive and efficient flight training I have ever experienced over
the prior 35 years since I got my first pilot certificate.

I returned this past week to get my airline transport pilot certificate.
My CFI was Ashley Dowd. I was intially concerned about her helping me
train for this advanced rating due to her young age; however, it quickly
became apparent that she was as knowledgable and skilled as Ryan. I
think this speaks highly of ATP's policy that requires all new
instructors to come to the home facillity in Florida for standardization
training. I was surprised that she and Jeremy Yaple were able to bring
my flying skills to the standards required for the ATP checkride with
only two flights. I took my checkride today, feeling confident, and
passed (despite winds of 39 knots with higher gusts).

I wanted to share this with you to give you some positive feedback about
my experience with the some of the flight instructors and the facility
here in Arlington. I can't say enough positive things and would highly
recommend ATP to anyone seeking professional flight training.
